These terms are the agreement between you and LikeLocker when you use the app. By creating an account you accept them.
LikeLocker is operated by Rob Blackmore, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@likelocker.co.uk.
The items, notes and photos you add stay yours. By adding them you give us the permission we need to store them and to show them to the people you choose to share with, so the app can work. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
LikeLocker is offered free and is still being actively developed. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and details fetched from shop links may be wrong or out of date — always check before you buy. Features may change or be removed.
Items in a Locker may link to third-party shops. Those sites are not ours and we’re not responsible for them. In future, some shop links may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you; if that happens we will say so clearly in the app.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. If we close your account for a reason that isn’t your fault, we’ll tell you why where we can.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and because the app is provided free of charge, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, for lost data, or for a missed or spoiled gift. Our total liability to you is limited to £100.
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use LikeLocker after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
