Delete your LikeLocker account

You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. It takes under a minute in the app, and you do not need to contact anyone.

In the app

1. Open LikeLocker and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

If you can’t get into the app

Email hello@likelocker.co.uk from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and its data within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, your email address and your profile, including your photo, Gift Radar and birthday.
• Your Locker: every item, its notes and photos.
• Your connections, the Occasions you added, and any share links.
• Your claims, your LockerSwap and LockerSplit activity, and the access code that lets the share sheet save for you.
• Your notification code, so your phone stops receiving anything from LikeLocker.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you is kept once the account is deleted. Some technical records, such as security logs, may remain for a short time where the law requires it. Anonymous usage counts we already collected, which are not linked to your name or email, are not affected. Gifts other people claimed from your Locker disappear with it, and nobody is told who claimed what.
